Oh god I've made like 5 artwork posts since 2007 wtf is this shit.

So. I'm going to embark on an EPIC PROJECT to try and get my art mojo back. It's not that I don't draw it's just I don't draw often and with great substance... apart from the yearly Generation cram i also get zero comic practice.

SO I'M GONNA MAKE A PRINCE OF PERSIA FAN COMIC. AND WHEN I MAKE IT I'LL GET YURI LOWENTHAL TO SIGN IT WHEN HE COMES TO AUSTRALIA NEXT YEAR (yes I am crossing my fingers shut up). IT WILL BE CALLED THE ADVENTURES OF THE PRINCE WHO WASN'T EMO.

Ok but abuse of capslock aside I have always been a Prince of Persia fan. I love the first and third game and my crack mind insists on trying to conjure different storylines for the middle because while I think they did have interesting ideas they executed it poorly. There was very little character development, which i've always considered a great strength of the first and last game. He was just, you know, angry and raaaaaaagh.

So, to combine comic practice, scripting, character design and all that good stuff together I'm going to embark on a fan comic bridging Sands of Time with Two Thrones. It also combines my love of history because I want to actually read up on 5-6th century Persia during the time when Babylon was a part of their empire.

Also, it WASN'T my brain deceiving me, because the Prince actually does have brothers; it says in the SoT manual he was the youngest son of his father, which implies he is not the only son.

I've already started on one of those 25 Expressions character sheets for the Prince

We'll see how it goes.
