Well.. I thought I should get up off my ass and actually draw something for the upcoming Sydney Animania Convention, which is being run this weekend [link] I had the idea for this running around in my head, so I decided to sketch it first in Open Canvas... but then I liked it so much it ended up being the final version -.-;... And then I got the crazy idea to make the file large enough to make a decent print out of. My comp doesn't like huge 3500x5000 images... well, Photoshop doesn't anyway.

Originally I had just sketched Wolfwood, but then I thought, "Where's Wolfwood without that pain-in-the-ass-to-draw-cross?" So I drew his pain-in-the-ass-cross as well... and then Open Canvas didn't like me and my lack of comp-space and decided to annoy me by making it impossible to make a proper copy of the OC file.. soooo, I had to print-screen cut 'n paste the whole thing... the whole frigging 4000 pixel high file. Arggg~ Actually his cross isn't that annoying. The uncovered version is more annoying in my oppinion anyway. And then, through all random photoshop processes, I this is what I finished up with. I rather like it, even though it isn't perfect (fingers are a tad long, and his shoulder is irking me). Beats the last Wolfwood Fanart I did anyway~

So yes, you should be able to see a nice spiffy A3, matt finish print of this if you wander over to the Art Exibition area of Animania~! Not only that, but you can also buy said print for a measly but as-of-yet undecided amount of money! How cool is that .... Okay, maybe not that amazing..... there will also be a black and white line-art version, and a colour A3 print of another one of my illustrations, 'Homecomings' [link]
