However, going back to what I was saying, I have been here a long while. I know who created Deviantart, and I was there around its more humble beginnings. I've not always been fond of Jark (As more of a manga artist, some of his stances have rubbed me the wrong way), but he did build up Devart from the beginning with Matteo. He built this community, and if it has unjustly been taken away from him then that's not right. I don't believe Deviantart will suffer greatly for this because I think it's a strong enough community to deal with this in a responsible way, but I'll be interested to see how all of this pans out. If justice is deserving then it should be served. I can't help but view these events with a sense of the forlorn, however. Devart was always a corporation, but it use to be more about the community than it is now. For Jark to have been sacked seems like a kick to Deviantart's more idealistic roots.
