Scarlet dreams

...Okay, yes, this is a re-worked version of an 18 month old Oekaki [link] . But I really liked that Oekaki D:. Except, in its current state it was sadly rather small and there were a few things irking me about it. So I decided to give it the proper treatment it deserves, and re-did the whole thing in photoshop using the pen tool and some airbrushing.

This still remains one of my most favourite images of Mikaeru, and one of my favourite images in general. It just worked, unlike some other things I try to do. It's simple, but it captures him how I wanted it to. It shows something else about him that a more ellaborate image might not have.

I wish I would get around to writing my fic. I don't want to think that my characters will die when I do. I've spent 4 years with them, and I'm sure I'll spend many more, but I would love for them to last beyond a piece of text and some images on my HDD.
